Who qualifies for this promotion?
New members and existing members who do not already have a checking account.
I used to have a checking account, but it is closed now. Can I open a new one and qualify?
Yes. If you do not have an open checking account, you can open a Simply Streaming Checking or Rewards Checking.
Can I open multiple checking accounts during this promotion?
You are welcome to open additional Easy Checking accounts under your membership; however, you may only open one Simply Streaming Checking or Rewards Checking account.
How and when do I get cash back with Rewards Checking?
Earn 5% cash back on debit card purchases for 12 months, starting the month after the account is opened. Cash back earned each month will be credited on the first day of the following month. Cash back is earned on up to $500 in debit card purchases each month and requires a minimum of $300 in purchases. Cash back rate will be 3% for months 13-24. After 24 months, the cash back rate may change based on current market conditions.
How and when do I get streaming rebates with Simply Streaming Checking?
Earn up to $25 in streaming service rebates for 12 months, starting the month after the account is opened. Go to bankcfcu.org/eligible-streaming-services for list. Rebates will be credited on the first day of the following month. Digital banking and eStatement enrollment are required to receive rebates. Requires direct billing from service provider (not Apple Pay or Roku, for example).
How do I get a 0.25% loan rate discount with Rewards Checking?
The 0.25% loan rate discount is available on new vehicle and personal loans when enrolled in automatic payments from the Rewards Checking account. Excludes mortgages, credit cards, indirect vehicle loans, buy now pay later loans, and existing loans. Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
When will I receive my debit card?
You will receive your card in the mail within 7-10 business days. We can also instantly issue debit cards at any branch.
